CHAP. 153.
|
advice and consent of the Senate, shall be authorised to
appoint one assistant flour inspector for the city of Bal-
timore, in addition to the number already allowed by
law, who shall be subject to the rules, regulations and
laws that are now in force and applicable to inspectors
of flour in said city, and shall receive compensation for
his services in like manner as is now provided by law
for said inspectors.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all acts or
parts of acts of Assembly, inconsistent with the provisions
of this act, be and the same are hereby repealed.

An act to authorise the Commissioners of Harford Coun-
ty to build a bridge over Deer Creek, at Hookers Saw
Mill.

bridge.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of Harford county be, and they
are hereby authorised, if in their discretion they deem if
expedient, to build a bridge over Deer creek, at Hookes
saw mill in said county, and to levy therefor any sum
not exceeding six hundred dollars.

An act for the relief of Tabitha Knight, of Harford
County.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of Harford county, be and they
are hereby authorised and directed to levy annually upon
the assessable property of Harford county, the sum of
twenty-five dollars for the use and maintenance of said
Tabitha Knight, and payable to her order.
