Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the name of Achsah Cocky Ford, be and the same
is hereby changed to that of Achsah Cocky Deye Ford.

An act entitled, an act to repeal an act, passed December
session eighteen, hundred and forty-six, chapter one
hundred and forty, relating to the building of fire
proof Clerk's office in and for Calvert County.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the act passed December session, eighteen hundred
and forty-six, chapter one hundred and forty, authorising
the levy court of Calvert county to levy a sum of money
to build a lire proof clerk's office in and for the said
county, be and the same is hereby repealed.

An act to authorise the recording of a deed therein men-
tioned.
WHEREAS, it has been represented to this General
Assembly, that Richard Caton and wife, by deed bear-
ing date the thirteenth day of December, in the year
eighteen hundred and thirty-seven, conveyed to Charles
F. Mayer and John Glenn, trustees for the benefit of
the estate of Robert Oliver, deceased, certain lands and
real estate, a portion of which is situated in Baltimore
