FARMERS' AND MERCHANT'S BANK OF

BALTIMORE— Charter of said bank

as passed in 1810, and the acts supple-

mentary in operation prior to January

1st. 1845 restored, provided the presi-

dent, &c., shall be, and are declared to

be subject to the provisions of the 11th,

12th, 13th, 14th and 15th sections of

act creating the Merchant's Bank.

FARMERS' BANK OF MARYLAND— The Presi-

dent, Directors and Company of, and its

Branches, may be concerned and deal in

the stock of this State, stock of any in-

corporation, incorporated by the State^

and discount notes offered, though they

be not on the face made negotiable at

said bank or branches, or made payable

at the house of some one, and though

executed by three or more makers or

drawers, with or without endorsers, and

charge discount according to mode and

rate used by banks established by law

in the city of Baltimore, the original act

and supplements to the contrary, &c.
