EXECUTORS

AND ADMINISTRATORS TO

CONVEY REAL ESTATE— The

deed of the, of persons dying or having

died, wherein persons have made sale of

real estate, and died before receiving

purchase money, or conveying the same,
shall be good and valid and convey all

the right, &c., of deceased persons in

such real estate, provided executor, &c.

of persons so dying, satisfy the orphans

court granting letters that the purchaser

has paid full purchase money.

EXECUTORS,

GUARDIANS, &c.— Whenever any,

has given notice to creditors to bring in

claims pursuant to order, &c., such exe-

cutor, &c., to report to orphans court

that notice was given, verified, &c., and

the orphans court on being satisfied that

the order was complied with and no-

tice given, court to endorse on said

report, certificate, &c., to be recorded,

&c.
