sum of forty-two dollars and sixty three cents for damages
sustained on four hogsheads of tobacco in consequence
of there being no room in the State warehouses at the
time of the delivery of said tobacco to the inspector to
receive the same, and the treasurer be, and is hereby re-
quired to pay the same to the said John B. Wilkinson,
or his order, out of the tobacco fund of this State.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the accounts of David Stewart, for fifty-eight dollars and
twenty-seven cents, and of Wesley Starr & Son, for
sixty-eight dollars and fifty-eight cents, as agents for the
owners of tobacco, be hereby allowed and paid by the
Treasurer of Maryland out of the tobacco fund; pro-
vided, said David Stewart and Wesley Starr & Sons
shall comply with all the requisitions of the aforegoing
resolutions.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
as soon as the aforegoing statements shall be presented
to the Treasurer of this State, in compliance with the
provisions hereof, that said treasurer be, and is hereby
authorised and required to pay out of the tobacco fund
of this State, the respective sums which may appear to
him to be due the claimants herein mentioned.

Resolution in favor of Mrs. Sarah Earlougher.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of this State be, and he is hereby autho-
rised to pay to Mrs. Sarah Earlougher the sum of
six dollars and sixty-seven cents, being the balance
of pension money due from this State to Rebecca Uncles
deceased, at the time of her death.
