No. 51.

1846.

Resolution in favor of Greenbury M. Walkins.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the treasurer be, and he is hereby directed to pay to the
order of Greenbury M. Watkins, of Montgomery coun-
ty, the sum of six dollars, it being the amount paid by
him to the clerk of said county on the twenty-seventh
day of May, one thousand eight hundred and forty-five,
for a stamp on his administration bond, contrary to the
decision of the Court of Appeals.

Resolutions in favor of David Stewart and Wesley Starr
and Son.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the following statements and accounts of Thomas I. Hall
& Son, for one hunched and seventy dollars and eleven
cents; of Thompson & Spalding, for five hundred and
seventy-four dollars and sixty cents; of Pike & Penn,
for three hundred and thirty-five dollars and ninety-eight
cents; of Neale & Luckett, for eight hundred and ten
dollars and thirty cents; of J. Band C. Fergusson, for
two hundred ana thirty-eight dollars and seventy cents ;
of John R. Magruder & Son, for fifty-three dollars and
seventeen cents; of Richard H. Hall, for twenty-four
dollars and thirty-five cents; of Thomas M. Lock, for
one hundred and forty-five dollars and sixty-one cents ;
of Isaac Owens, for twenty-eight dollars and sixty-one
cents; and W. and E, Reynolds, for two hundred and
thirty-two dollars and twenty-five cents, as agents for
the owners of tobacco claiming compensation for storage
and damages thereon be hereby allowed; provided, that
a list of the names of said owners of said tobacco, and
the number of hogsheads stored and damaged on ac-
count of each person, be annexed to said statements and
accounts which are hereby required to be duly authenti-
cated as to the just amount due under the provisions o
these resolutions.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
John B. Wilkinson, of Charles county, be allowed the
