His Excellency the Governor be authorised to settle
with the Printers of this House for such reports, &c.,

Resolution in relation to the Adjutant General's Office.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Adjutant General be, and he is hereby authorised
and directed to sell, at public or private sale, such dam-
aged military arms and stores, as are unfit for the service
in the several State Arsenals, and the proceeds of such
sales to be deposited in the treasury, subject to his offi-
cial order, to be applied for the purpose of repairing the
respective armories of the State.

Resolution in favor of the Attorney General of the State
of Maryland.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of this State be, and he is hereby authorised
to pay to the Attorney General for his opinion furnished
to the House of Delegates, concerning a dividend recent-
ly declared by the President and Directors of the Balti-
more and Ohio Rail Road Company, in obedience to an
order of the House, the sum of fifty-one dollars, in full
compensation therefor.
