Resolution in favor of the Chaplains of the House and
Senate.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of this State, pay to the Reverend Mr.
Hurst, chaplain to the House of Delegates, and the
Reverend Mr. Van Dusen, chaplain to the Senate, each
one hundred dollars, as compensation for their services
during the present session.

Resolution in favor of Philip Clayton.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the State, pay Philip Claylon, or order,
the sum of eight dollars and seventy-five cents, out of
any unappropriated money in the Treasury, for serving
subpoena's in the case of Le Grand.

Resolution repealing resolution number eighty-nine, of
December session, eighteen hundred anil thirty-two,
in relation to the Adjutant General.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
resolution number eighty-nine, passed at December ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and thirty-two, requiring the Ad-
jutant General annually to inspect the armories situated
at Easton and Frederick be, and the same is hereby re-
pealed.
