Resolution in favor of Benjamin Swingly.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the State pay to Benjamin Swingly, or
his order, the sum of thirty dollars, it being the amount
overpaid by him to the State, as collector of taxes.

Resolution in favor of the Messrs. Barings.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Commissioner of Loans be, and he is hereby autho-
rised, to settle the account of interest due by the State
of Maryland to the Messrs. Barings, on advances by
them made, on the same principles on which such ac-
counts are settled between debtor and creditor in the
State of Maryland, and that the said commissioner is
hereby authorised to draw on the treasurer for the
amount found due On said account, when so settled.

Resolution in relation to Evans' Digest of Maryland
Reports.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
resolution number fifty- five, passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and forty-five, authorising the Librarian
to subscribe for one hundred copies of Evans' Digest of
Maryland Reports be, and the same is hereby repealed.
