1846.

Resolution in favor of Capt. George P. Kane.
Resolved by the Central Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the State pay to Captain George P.
Kane, or to his order, the sum of one hundred and thirty
dollars, out of any unappropriated money in the treasury,
for the use of the Eagle Artillery Company, that being
the amount expended by them in preserving about six
hundred arms belonging to the State of Maryland.

Resolution in favor of Levin Handy,
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer is hereby authorised and directed to pay
to Levin Handy, the sum of two hundred dollars, out of
any unappropriated money in the Treasury, for services
rendered by him as clerk of Somerset county court,
under the requisition of the act of December session,
eighteen hundred and forty-three, chapter two hundred
and eight.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer is hereby authorised and directed to pay
to John Keller, the sum of thirty-four dollars and thirty
