gisters.

fifty dollars; the clerk of Howard District court, seventy-

five dollars; the clerk of Calvert county court, one
hundred and twenty-five dollars; the Register in Chan-
cery, one hundred and fifty dollars; the register of wills
of Baltimore county, fifteen hundred dollars; the register
of wills of Frederick county, three hundred dollars :
the register of wills of Washington county, two hundred
and fifty dollars; the register of wills of Prince George's
county, one hundred and fifty dollars; the register of
wills of Cecil county, one hundred and twenty-five
dollars; the register of wills of Saint Mary's county,
one hundred dollars; the register of wills of Charles
county, one hundred dollars; the register of wills of
Somerset county, one hundred dollars; the register of
wills of Caroline county, seventy-five dollars; the register
of wills of Kent county, seventy-five dollars; the register
of wills of Harford county, one hundred and twenty-five
dollars; the register of wills of Queen Anne's county,
one hundred dollars; the register of wills of Talbot

said sums of money shall be paid into the treasury, by
the said clerks and registers respectively, at the times,
in the mode, and under the penalties prescribed by law

A supplement to an act entitled, an act to incorporate a
Company for constructing a Bridge at the Point of
Rocks, Frederick County, Maryland, opposite to Pvto-
mac Furnace Property, in Virginia, passed at the

present session of the General Assembly.

To be indem-
nified.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Margaret Graham, widow, and resi-
dent of Frederick county, her heirs and assigns, before
