CHAPTER 63.

An act for the relief of Alexander Norris, executor and
devisee of John Norris, late of Harford County, de-
ceased.

Commission-
ers to issue a
warrant to the
sheriff.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the board of commissioners of Harford county, be
and they are hereby authorised and directed, upon the
application to them by Alexander Norris, executor and
devisee of John Norris, late of Harford county, deceased,
to issue a warrant to the sheriff of Harford county to
summon five discreet and sensible men of said county,
not interested or related to him, to meet on a certain day
to be named in said warrant on the location of a public
road formerly located over and through the land of said
Alexander Norris, to run from the road leading from
Waters' mill to Abingdon to the Ring factory, and to
review the damages, formerly allowed to John Norris in
his life time, and to proceed in all respects in relation
thereto as is provided for in the act of eighteen hundred
and twenty-one, chapter one hundred and fifty-two.

CHAPTER 64.

Passed Feb.
11, 1846.

An act entitled, a supplement to an act entitled, an act to
authorise the trusts therein mentioned, passed March
ninth, eighteen hundred and forty-two, chapter three
hundred and thirteen.

Trusts autho-
rised.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of -Maryland,
That real and personal property may be devised and be-
queathed by last will and testament to the same literary
institutions, and upon the same trusts as are mentioned in
the act to which this is a supplement.

CHAPTER 65.

Passed Feb.
10, 1845.

A supplement to an act entitled, a supplement to the char-
ter of the Western Bank of Baltimore, passed at De-
cember session eighteen hundred and forty-two, chapter
seventeen.

May increase

capital stock.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That from and after the passage of this act,
