it shall and may be lawful, at any time for the Western
Bank of Baltimore to increase its capital stock to any
amount not exceeding five hundred and eighty nine thou-
sand and fifty dollars, and that the said bank report to
the Treasurer of the Western Shore, in its annual state-
ment under the oath of the cashier, the actual amount of
such increase of its capital.

CHAP. 67.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said restoration of
the capital stock may be made, and held in such form
and amount, and subject to such regulations as may be
determined on and adopted by the said bank.

SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That article nineteen of the
fundamental rules of the charter of the said bank, be and
the same is hereby repealed, and all elections heretofore
held, or that may hereafter be held, in conformity with
the provisions of the sixth section of the said chatter, be
and the same are hereby declared valid and legal.

SEC. 4. Be it enacted, That all such parts of the
original charter or of any supplement thereto as are in-
consistent with this act, be and the same are hereby re-
pealed.

CHAPTER 66.

Repealed.

An act entitled, a supplement to an act passed at Decem-
ber session eighteen hundred and forty- four, chapter one
hundred and forty, allowing George Beckenbaugh, late
collector of the county taxes for Frederick county, fur-
ther time to complete his collections.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the time allowed George Beckenbaugh, late col-
lector of the county taxes for Frederick county, to com-
plete his collections by the act of December session,
eighteen hundred and forty-four, chapter one hundred
and forty, to which this is a supplement, be and the same
is hereby extended to the first day of January, eighteen
hundred and forty-seven.

CHAPTER 67.

Time allowed.

An act to change the time of making transfers of real and
personal property in Prince George's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
