REVENUE— Clerks of county courts How-

ard District and city court of Baltimore, to

transmit to treasurer on or before 1st Mon-

day in June and Nov. in each and every

year lists and accounts under oath of all

licenses granted, etc. lists to conform to

directions of the 5th sec. of act of 1831,

ch. 262, under the penalty provided by

6th section of act 1827, ch. 117.

lists, etc. or with 30 days after the said 1st

Monday of June and Nov. to pay over, etc.

amount appearing by said lists, etc. to be

due, and in case of failure to account and

pay, etc. within the period aforesaid, trea-

surer to give notice to deputy attorney ge-

neral, etc. whose duly it shall be to put

bonds in suit, etc. in which recovery shall

be had for amount appearing to be due

with interest at the rate of ten per cent.

respectively, which recovery shall be evi-

dence of misbehaviour and ipso facto re-

move such clerk, office to be filled by

Governor, failure of such clerks to a-

mount to forfeiture of commission, &c.
