ordered to be levied by commissioners.

tachment, etc. where such judgment was

recorded, etc. against the goods, etc.

which may be laid in the hands of the

commissioners, etc. attachment to contain

a clause of scire facias, etc. commanding

sheriff, etc. to make known to commission-

ers, etc. to appear, etc. and show cause,

etc. if neither defendant, or garnishee ap-

pear, etc. goods to be condemned, etc.
