respects to execute this act, as directed by

original act, and account and pay over to

the treasury, etc. under the penalties in ori-

ginal act, etc. and at the periods, etc.

original to be taken as parts of this act,

etc. except that the periods fixed in 5th

section for commissioner of stamps, to ac-

count, etc. to be regulated by the law ap-

plicable to duties of clerk in that respect.
