Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the name of Margaret E. Gratz of Baltimore city,
be and is hereby changed to Margaret E. Martin, and
by that name sue and be sued in any court of law or
equity.

CHAPTER 344.

An act to authorise the Commissioners of Baltimore
County to appropriate certain moneys therein men-
tioned.

10, 1846.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That in the event of a sale of any of the pro-
perty held jointly by the commissioners of Baltimore
county and the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, the
said commissioners be and they are hereby authorised to
apply the proceeds of the county's proportion of such
sale to the sinking fund appropriated to the payment of
the court house loan.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the aforesaid commis-
sioners be and they are hereby authorised to make a like
application of any sums which may hereafter be collect-
ed or recovered on account of money's due before the
