CHAPTER 333.
A further supplement to an act to aid in constructing a
Turnpike Road from Hagerstown through Leitersburg
in Washington County, to the Pennsylvania State line.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the State lottery commissioners be
and they are hereby directed to admit into the consoli-
dated giants for lotteries in Maryland, the original grant
to which this is a supplement.

sioners to pay
over.
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the State lottery com-
missioners shall pay over to the commissioners named
in said original grant or their successors, the sums of mo-
ney raised annually from the drawings of said lottery
except five per centum upon the sum so raised, which
shall be retained by them to be paid to the State treasu-
rer.

Repealed.
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That all acts or parts of
acts inconsistent with the provisions of this act, be and
the same are hereby repealed.
CHAPTER 334.

An act to allow John W. Onion further time to complete
his Collections.
|

Time allowed.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
John W. Onion, collector of taxes in Baltimore County,
be and he is hereby allowed until the first day of May,
eighteen hundred and forty seven, to complete the collec-
ion of taxes due him for eighteen hundred and forty four.

That the time limited by law within which Daniel Leo-
nard, former collector of county taxes of Talbot County,
