pal Church, on Hereford circuit, in Baltimore county, to
hold and use for the benefit of the preacher or preachers
of said church, on said circuit, all and singular the pro-
perty situated in the town of Hereford, and known as
the parsonage properly, as conveyed by Nicholas M.
Bosley and wife to Edward Gorsuch and others as trus-
tees, by deed bearing date twenty-fifth day of February,
eighteen hundred and thirty-four, and recorded in Balti-
more county court as will appear, for the sole use and
benefit of said church, according to the true intent and
meaning of the said deed of trust.

An act to repeal an act passed at December session, eigh-
teen hundred and forty-three, chapter two hundred and
ninety-five, relating to the holding of elections in the
Third Election District, in Carroll County.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mart/land,
That the act passed at December session, eighteen hun-
dred and forty-three, chapter two hundred and ninety-
five, relating to the holding of elections in the third elec-
tion district, in Carroll county, be and the same is hereby
repealed; and that all future elections shall be held at the
tavern house now occupied by Peter E. Myers, in said
district.
