CHAP. 308.

Enure for 30
years.
Right reserv-
ed.

and shall enure for the period of thirty years there-
after; the legislature reserves to itself the right to alter
or annul this act at pleasure.

CHAPTER 307.

Passed Mar.
9, 1846.

An act entitled, a supplement to the act to provide for the
inspection of Plaister of Paris in the town of Bla-
densburg, passed at December session, eighteen hundred
and thirty-three, chapter twenty.

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That so much of the act passed at December
session, eighteen hundred and thirty-three, chapter twen-
ty, as limits the inspection of Plaister of Paris to the
town of Bladensburg, he and the same is hereby repeal-
ed, and that the provisions of said act be and they are
extended to, and shall be deemed to embrace the

Proviso.

whole of Prince George's county; and be it further pro-
vided, that nothing in said act or this, to which it is a
supplement, shall he taken or construed to authorise the
inspectors, appointed in pursuance of this act or the act
to which this is a supplement, to inspect any Plaister of
Paris, except such as may be. sold by the barrel.

Appoint in-

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the levy court of
Prince George's county be, and they are hereby author-
ised and empowered, if in their judgment they may deem
it expedient and necessary, to appoint inspecters of
Plaister of Paris, wherever in said county it may be sold
or manufactured.

Not apply.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall not ap-
ply in cases where the buyer and seller may otherwise
agree.

CHAPTER 308.

Passed Mar.
9, 1846.

An act to authorise the Methodist Episcopal Church of
Hereford Circuit, in Baltimore County, to hold certain
property for the use and benefit of said Church as a
Parsonage.

Made lawful.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That it shall and may be lawful for the Methodist Episco-
