CHAPTER 234.

An act to allow Robert W. Carter, trustee of Thomas F.
W. Vinson, deceased; late Sheriff and Collector of
Montgomery County, further time to complete his col-
lections.

CHAP. 235.

Passed Mar.
4, 1846.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Robert W. Carter, trustee of Thomas F. W. Vin-
son, deceased, late sheriff and collector of Montgomery
county, or any trustee who may be appointed hereafter,
shall be allowed further time until the first day of De-
cember, eighteen hundred and forty-seven, to collect all
taxes for the year eighteen hundred and forty-one, and
all fees for the year eighteen hundred and forty-two, due
to the said Thomas F. W. Vinson, in the same manner
in which the said Thomas F. W. Vinson was authorised

shall not extend to any person or persons, his, her or

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That from and after the passage of this act, Lemuel Cle-
ments, trustee of Henry Lilly, deceased, late sheriff and
collector of Montgomery county, or any subsequent trus-
tee that may he appointed, be and be is hereby empow-
ered to collect all fees, taxes and levies in the same
manner in which the said Henry Lilly was authorised to
