as the commissioners were appointed under the said act

thirty-two, for the benefit of Julia Jinn Garner, of Car-
roll county, Maryland.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of the tax of Carroll county, be
and they are hereby authorized to levy annually a further
sum not exceeding fifty dollars for the benefit and sup-
port of Julia Ann Garner, and cause the same to be paid
over to Edmund Garner for the use of said Julia Ann
Garner.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That William Cotton, James Russell, Thos.
L. Murphy, Thomas Trotten, Joseph Weathers, Tho-
mas Cromwell, Richard C. Wells, Henry S. Hunt,
Benjamin Booz, H. D. McCulloh, Basil Sunderland,
David Evans, Peter Wells, Charles T. Morriss, John B.
M. Latournau and George G. Roche, officers and mem-
bers of Howard Division, Number Three, of the Sons
of Temperance of the city of 'Baltimore and State of
Maryland, and their successors, be and are hereby in-
corporated and made a body politic and corporate by the
