An act to change the commencement of the March term of
the court of Howard District, of Anne Arundel County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the next session of the court of Howard
District of Anne Arundel county, shall commence on the
third Monday of March, instead of the second Monday
of said month, as now provided by law, and all process
and writs original, mesne, or judicial now issued from
said court, purporting to be returnable on the second Mon-
day, shall be returnable on the third Monday of said

turned as if originally issued, returnable on the third Mon-
day of March.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all subsequent
sessions of said court now prescribed by law, to be held
on the second Monday of March and third Monday of
September, in each and every year, shall be held on the
third Monday of March, and third Monday of September
respectively, and all writs and process shall be made re-
turnable accordingly.

Repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this
act contained, shall alter or affect the intermediate terms of
said court established by the rules of said court.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That so much of the
act entitled, an act to regulate the municipal government
of Howard District of Anne Arundel county, as conflicts
with this act, shall be and is hereby repealed.
