An act to condemn certain real estate of Cornelius How-
ard, deceased, as public alleys in the City of Baltimore.
|
Condemned.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That all such portions of the real estate of the late Corne-
lius Howard of Baltimore county, situate in the city of
Baltimore, which have been laid off as alleys, or for the
purpose of widening alleys within the limits of the said
estate, by William George Read, appointed by the said
Cornelius Howard, to divide the same be, and they are
hereby condemned as public alleys forever, and made
subject to all the laws and ordinances of this State and of
the city of Baltimore, regulating or concerning streets,
lanes and alleys within said city; provided, that the said
William George Read, shall file a plat of the said property
with the limits of such alleys accurately described thereon,
in the office of the register of the city of Baltimore.

An act to repeal an act entitled, an act to encourage the de-
struction of Crows in this State, passed at December ses-
sion eighteen hundred and thirty-one, chapter two hun-
dred and twenty-seven, so far as relates to Saint Mary's
County.

Repealed.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the act entitled, an act to encourage the destruc-
tion of crows in this State, passed at December session
eighteen hundred and thirty-one, chapter two hundred
and twenty-seven, be and the same is hereby repealed, so
far as it relates to Saint Mary's county.
