Resolution in favor of Green Lane Academy.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the commissioners of Baltimore county pay to the order of
the trustees of Green Lane Academy, in the second elec-
tion district of said county, one hundred dollars to be ap-
plied by the said trustees to the education of poor chil-
dren, in the manner as now applied by the primary
schools; the sum aforesaid to be paid out of the money
due the said district for primary schools.

Resolution in relation to the State Librarian.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the State Librarian be allowed sixty dollars annually, for
the purpose of hiring and paying for services necessarily
connected with the library.

Resolution in relation to the sale of certain Instruments
deposited in the Land Office.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the instruments deposited in the office of the Register of
the Land office by the commissioners appointed to settle
up the affairs of the late Eastern Shore Rail Road Com-
pany, be sold under the direction of the Register, and the
proceeds of such sale are hereby directed to be paid into
the Treasury.
