CHAPTER 14.

Passed Jan.
17, 1845.

An act supplementary to an act to allow Thomas H. Ford,
former Sheriff of Queen Anne's County, further time to
complete his collections.

Time allowed

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the time allowed Thomas H. Ford, Former sheriff
of Queen Anne's county, by an act passed at December
session eighteen hundred and forty-three, chapter one
hundred and six, to complete his collections, be, and the
same is hereby further extended to the twentieth day of
October eighteen hundred and forty-six.

 

CHAPTER 15.

Passed Jan.
17, 1845.

An act for the benefit of Baker Rigdon, jr., of Harford
County.

May levy.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners of Harford county, are hereby
authorised and directed, to levy on the assessable property
of said county, and cause to be collected and paid over to
James Wilson, or order thirty dollars, for the maintenance
and support of Baker Rigdon, jr., of said county.

 

CHAPTER 16.

Passed Jan.
17, 1845.

An act to repeal a part of the second section of an act pass-
ed at December session eighteen hundred and thirty-one,
chapter three hundred and twenty-three.

Repealed

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
