(Senate Bill 527)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
36 of Article 7 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Carroll County", sub-
title "County Commissioners", as said section was
amended by Chapter 499 of the Acts of 1949, increasing
the compensation of the County Commissioners for
Carroll County and directing that said Commissioners
shall sit at least three full days in each week.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 36 of Article 7 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Carroll County",
sub-title "County Commissioners", as said section was
amended by Chapter 499 of the Acts of 1949, be and the
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
and to read as follows:
36. There shall be three County Commissioners for
Carroll County who shall each receive a salary of [twenty-
two hundred dollars ($2, 200. 00)] twenty-eight hundred
dollars ($2, 800. 00) per annum [. ] and the three County
Commissioners shall meet in order to conduct the business
of Carroll County at least three full days in each week.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Attorneys at

ney, " and to add a new sub-section to said section, said
