(Senate Bill 497)

AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Harford
County (1942 Edition), being Article 13 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford County"^
said new section to be known as Section 188A, to follow
immediately after Section 188 thereof and to be under
the sub-title "County Commissioners", providing for the
terms of office of the County Commissioners of Harford
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to the Code
of Harford County (1942 Edition), being Article 13 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford
County", said new section to be known as Section 188A, to
follow immediately after Section 188 thereof and to be
under the sub-title "County Commissioners", and to read
as follows:

188A. Beginning in the year 1955, the terms of the
said County Commissioners of Harford County shall begin
on the first day of January, of the year following their
election, and shall end on the fourth next succeeding 81st
day of December.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

mon Council of College Park to appropriate and levy
LEVY AND APPROPRIATE annually a special assess-
ment in the fourth (4), fifth (5) and sixth (6) districts
