James W. Campbell, et al, to Albert W. Turner by deed
dated August 17, 1951, recorded among the Land Records
for Prince George's County, Maryland, in Liber 1415 at
folio 457, all of said tracts being more particularly de-
scribed as follows:

Beginning for the same at a pipe on the North side of
the Annapolis Road at the southeast corner of the first
above-mentioned tract; thence running with the North
line of said Annapolis Road and the lines of the first above-
mentioned tract S 54 deg. 09' 40" W 1117. 62 feet to a pipe;
thence leaving the line of the road and running with the
lines of the first and second above-mentioned tracts S 71
deg. 26' 30" W 222. 42 feet to a pipe; thence N 16 deg. 33'
30" W 1529. 46 feet to a pipe; thence N 75 deg. 53' 00"
E 252. 17 feet to a pipe; thence N 15 deg. 36' 50" W 503. 07
feet to a pipe; thence N 31 deg. 06' 40" W 288. 10 feet to
a pipe; thence running with the lines of the third above-
mentioned tract, the seven following courses and distances:

thence leaving the lines of the fifth above-mentioned tract
and running with the line of the sixth above-mentioned

25" E 1329. 37 feet to intersect the outlines of the afore-
mentioned tract No. 3; thence running with part of the
said tract No. 3, the thirteen following courses and dis-
