826 LAWS OF MARYLAND [CH. 441

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the corporate
limits and boundaries of said Town shall be as follows:

BEING eight tracts of land hereinafter described but
particularly identified as follows:

Tract No. One (1) consisting of 45. 3117 acres conveyed
by Maurice A. Downes and Ethel K. Downes, his wife, to
Albert W. Turner by deed dated June 1, 1951, recorded
among the Land Records of Prince George's County, Mary-
land in Liber 1375 at folio 197.

Tract No. Two (2) consisting of 3. 4345 acres conveyed
by Maurice A. Downes, Jr. and Helen E. Downes, his wife,
to Albert W. Turner by deed dated April 27, 1951, recorded
among the Land Records of Prince George's County, Mary-
land in Liber 1358 at folio 265.

Tract No. Three (3) consisting of 259. 1906 acres de-
scribed as parcel one consisting of 244. 7726 acres, saving
and excepting therefrom 3. 0001 acres and parcel two, both
as conveyed by deed from James W. Campbell, et al to
Albert W. Turner, dated August 17, 1951, recorded in the
Land Records of Prince George's County, Maryland, in
Liber 1415 at folio 457.

Tract No. Four (4) consisting of 8. 668 acres conveyed
by James W. Campbell, et al to Albert W. Turner by deed
dated August 17, 1951, recorded among the Land Records
of Prince George's County, Maryland, in Liber 1415 at
folio 454.

Tract No. Five (5) consisting of 21. 4684 acres conveyed
by A. Hansel Rust, et ux to Boulevard Construction Co.,
Inc. by deed dated May 31, 1951, recorded among the Land
Records of Prince George's County, Maryland in Liber
1371 at folio 378.

Tract No. Six (6) consisting of 16. 8797 acres conveyed
by Albert D. Rust, et ux, to Boulevard Construction Co.,
Inc. by deed dated December 3, 1951, recorded among the
Land Records of Prince George's County, Maryland in
Liber 1441 at folio 459.

Tract No. Seven (7) consisting of 20. 4533 acres con-
veyed by James W. Campbell and Mary E. Campbell, his
wife, to Albert W. Turner by deed dated December 18,
1951, recorded among the Land Records of Prince George's
County, Maryland in Liber 1448 at folio 460.

Tract No. Eight (8) consisting of 0. 4469 acres equals
part of Lot 130, Princess Gardens subdivision conveyed by
