Magistrates in Somerset County and the time during
which said Magistrates shall sit.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sub-section "Somerset County" of Section
100 of Article 52 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951
Edition), title "Justices of the Peace", sub-title "Trial
Magistrates System", be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
100.
(Somerset County. ) There shall be two Trial Magis-
trates one of whom shall sit at Crisfield and the other at
Princess Anne, and each of said Magistrates shall sit from
9 A. M. to 12 o'clock Noon Monday to Friday, inclusive, and
shall receive an annual salary of [Eighteen] Twenty-four
Hundred Dollars [($1, 800)] ($2, 400).
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

AN ACT to legalize the 1953 Edition of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Prince George's County, being Article 17
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, compiled
and edited by Carl N. Everstine; and also to legalize any
future supplements thereto if published pursuant to the
order of the County Commissioners of Prince George's
County; and making provisions for the publication
thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the 1953 Edition of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Prince George's County, being Article 17
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, compiled
and edited by Carl N. Everstine, be and the same is hereby
