legalized. Said Code shall be deemed and taken in all the
Courts of the State and by all Justices of the Peace and
Trial Magistrates of the State and by all other public offi-
cials of the State to be evidence of the Public Local Laws
of Prince George's County in existence at the time of com-
pilation. Said Code shall contain all Public Local Laws
relating to Prince George's County in effect at the com-
pletion of the 1953 Session of the General Assembly of
Maryland.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That any future sup-
plement to said 1953 Code, if published pursuant to the
order of the County Commissioners of Prince George's
County, be and the same is hereby legalized, with the same
effect as specified in Section 1 of this Act up to the time
of its publication.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the County
Commissioners of Prince George's County be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to make an appropriation
to provide for the publication of said Code, and they
further may provide for the sale and distribution of said
Code and for the publication, sale and distribution of any
such supplement.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-
section (a) of Section 35 of Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Elections", sub-
title "Registration", providing for the functions and
duties of the Board of Registrars in Allegany County and
specifying the periods during which said Board shall sit
in the towns of Frostburg, Lonaconing, Westernport and
Mt. Savage, AND ELSEWHERE.
