or suitable ballot boxes and ballots in the form and ar-
ranged as provided in Section 69 of Article 33 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), except that such
ballots shall contain the name of every candidate whose
nomination has been certified to and filed according to the
provisions of this sub-title, and that said ballot or voting
machine shall not contain the name of the political party
or principle which the candidate represents.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

CHAPTER 330
(House Bill 383)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
113-15 of the Montgomery County Code (1950 Edition),
being Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Montgomery County", sub-title "Mayor
and Council—Election: Qualifications, etc, ", so as to
specify a change of the hours for voting in the election of
members of the Mayor and Council of Rockville, and to
make a change in the qualifications of candidates.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That Section 113-15 of the Montgomery County
Code (1950 Edition), being Article 16 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery County", sub-
title "Mayor and Council—Election: Qualifications, etc. ", be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:

113-15. Mayor and City Council—Election; qualifica-
tions, etc. The citizens of said [Town] City having the
qualifications prescribed for voters by this sub-title, shall,
on the first Monday in May, 1928 and every two years
thereafter on the same day, at such place or places as shall
[be] have been designated by the Mayor and City Council,
