ble evidence of collision with said deer to any law enforce-
ment officer of this State, including any person having
authority to enforce and administer the game laws STATE
POLICE OR GAME WARDEN of this State under this
Article, be entitled to possession of said deer. The pro-
visions of this sub-section shall be applicable to deer killed
by collision with a motor vehicle at any time whether
during the open season for killing deer or during the legally
closed season.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

(House Bill 304)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 312F (a) of Article 6 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Caroline
County", sub-title "Henderson", said section having been
enacted by Chapter 498 of the Acts of 1949, removing
from the Charter of Henderson certain provisions re-
quiring voters therein to be assessed with real property
and to have paid taxes.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 312F (a) of Article 6 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Caroline County", sub-title "Henderson", said section hav-
ing been enacted by Chapter 498 of the Acts of 1949, be and
it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
312F. (a) The inhabitants of Henderson, who are above
the age of twenty-one years, citizens of the State of Mary-
land and of the United States, residents in said town for at
least six months next preceding the election, [assessed on
the tax books of said town with real property to the value
