Assembly, [s] Said additional tax [to] shall be fixed,
levied and collected in the same manner and on the same
tax Bills as the taxes for general purposes are now or may
be hereafter levied and collected in said Town.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety,
and having been passed by a yea and nay vote, supported
by three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the
two Houses of the General Assembly of Maryland, the
same shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 321
(House Bill 296)
AN ACT to add a new sub-section to Section 195 of Article
66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
title "Natural Resources, " sub-title "Deer, " said new
sub-section to be known as Sub-section (i) and to follow
immediately after Sub-section (h) of said Section, pro-
viding that any person accidentally killing a deer while
operating a motor vehicle shall be entitled to possession
of said deer after showing visible evidence of a collision
between a motor vehicle and a deer.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new sub-section be and it is hereby added
to Section 195 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Natural Resources, " sub-
title "Deer, " said new sub-section to be known as Sub-
section (i) and to follow immediately after Sub-section
(h) of said section, and to read as follows:

(i) Any person who while operating a motor vehicle
upon any highway in this State accidentally strikes and
kills a deer upon said highway shall, upon producing visi-
