SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION 174, TO FOL-
LOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER SECTION 173 THERE-
OF AND TO BE UNDER THE NEW SUB-TITLE
"CLAIBORNE TERMINAL, " to authorize and direct
the State Roads Commission of Maryland and the Board
of Public Works of Maryland to transfer and convey to
the Board of County Commissioners of Talbot County
all right, title and interest held by the State Roads Com-
mission or by the State of Maryland in the premises and
property known generally as the Claiborne Terminal of
the Claiborne-Romancoke Ferry across Eastern Bay, in-
cluding the land, wharf and all approaches and improve-
ments thereto and that the said Board of County Com-
missioners may receive and shall maintain the same as
a public wharf; AND PROVIDING THAT SUCH
TRANSFER AND CONVEYANCE SHALL FAIL AND
THAT ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN THE
SAID PREMISES SHALL REVEST IN THE STATE
ROADS COMMISSION IF THE STATE ROADS COM-
MISSION SHALL RE-ACTIVATE THE CLAIBORNE-
ROMANCOKE FERRY OR IF AT ANY TIME THE
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF TALBOT
COUNTY FAIL OR NEGLECT TO USE SAID PREM-
ISES AS SPECIFIED HEREIN.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That the State Roads Commission of Maryland
MARYLAND, THAT A NEW SECTION BE AND THE
SAME IS HEREBY ADDED TO ARTICLE 89B OF THE
ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND (1951 EDITION),
TITLE "STATE ROADS", SAID NEW SECTION TO BE
KNOWN AS SECTION 174, TO FOLLOW IMMED-
IATELY AFTER SECTION 173 THEREOF AND TO BE
UNDER THE NEW SUB-TITLE "CLAIBORNE TERMI-
NAL", AND TO READ AS FOLLOWS:

CLAIBORNE TERMINAL

174. THE STATE ROADS COMMISSION OF MARY-
LAND and the Board of Public Works of Maryland be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to transfer and con-
vey to the Board of County Commissioners of Talbot County
all right, title and interest in the property and premises
known generally as the Claiborne Terminal of the Clai-
borne-Romancoke Ferry across Eastern Bay. Such trans-
fer and conveyance shall include all right, title and interest
in the land, wharf and all approaches and improvements
adjacent to or used and constructed in connection with the
said Claiborne Terminal. Upon receiving and accepting the
