SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall

AN ACT to add 18 new sections to Article 12 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Garrett County", to be under the new sub-title
"Juvenile Court", said new sections to be known as
Sections 232 to 245D, inclusive, and to follow imme-
diately after Section 231, of said Article, providing for
the establishment of a Juvenile Court for Garrett
County, with concurrent jurisdiction therein between
the Trial Magistrates and the Judges of the Circuit
Court, prescribing its powers and duties, and relating
generally to the jurisdiction, care and handling of cases
involving certain children and certain adults in Garrett
County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That 18 new sections be and they are hereby added to
Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Garrett County", to be under the
new sub-title "Juvenile Court", said new sections to be
known as Sections 232 to 245D, inclusive, and to follow
immediately after Section 231 of said Article, and to read
as follows:
Juvenile Court.
232. (Establishment. ) There is hereby established in
Garrett County a Juvenile Court, with powers and juris-
diction as herein defined, to be known as "The Juvenile
Court for Garrett County. "
233. (a) The Trial Magistrates and the Judges of the
Circuit Court shall have and exercise all of the jurisdiction
and powers herein set forth. In the exercise of such juris-
