George's County Code (1943 Edition), being also Articles
16 and 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), titles "Montgomery County" and "Prince
George's County", sub-title "Takoma Park", said new sec-
tion to be known as Sub-section (c) of said sections and to
follow immediately after Sub-section (b) thereof, and to
read as follows:

(c) For the purpose of this section there shall not be in-
cluded in the general revenues of the City, nor shall the
10% reserve requirement be applicable to any balance in
a sinking fund set up by the City for the purpose of meeting
any outstanding debt of the City or replacing any equip-
ment subject to depreciation or obsolescence, provided that
the total amounts in such sinking fund or funds shall not
exceed 50% of the total outstanding debt plus 50% of the
value of all equipment of the City subject to depreciation or
obsolescence.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
become effective July 1, 1953.

(House Bill 485)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
107-18 of the Montgomery County Code (1950 Edition),
being Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Montgomery County",
sub-title "Gaithersburg", providing that the council of
Gaithersburg shall be empowered to prohibit or regulate
enclosures containing cattle and horses.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 107-18 of the Montgomery County
Code (1950 Edition), being Article 16 of the Code of
