(7) The Register of Wills of Allegany and Washington
Counties shall each be entitled to receive the annual salary
of $4, 800.
(8) The Register of Wills of Baltimore County shall be
entitled to receive an annual salary of $4, 800 until Decem-
ber 1, 1950, and thereafter he shall receive an annual
salary of $7, 500.
The salary first fixed by the Board of Public Works for
the Register of Wills of Baltimore City and the salaries
fixed by this section for the Registers of Wills of the several
counties shall commence as of the beginning of the term of
office of the present incumbent and shall not be increased or
decreased during the term of office of any incumbent.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953, and shall not apply to the present
incumbent INCUMBENTS.

(House Bill 484)
AN ACT to add a new sub-section to Section 104-9 of the
Montgomery County Code (1950. Edition), being also
Section 1302 of the Prince George's County Code (1943
Edition), being also Articles 16 and 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), titles
"Montgomery County" and "Prince George's County",
sub-title "Takoma Park", said new section to be known
as Sub-section (c) of said sections and to follow immedi-
ately after Sub-section (b) thereof, authorizing the City
of Takoma Park to create sinking funds, not applicable
to the ten per cent reserved requirement.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That be and there is hereby added a new sub-
section to Section 104-9 of the Montgomery County Code
(1950 Edition), being also Section 1302 of the Prince
