Commissioners of the respective counties. The Judges of
the Orphans' Court for Howard County shall receive an
allowance for traveling expenses of One Hundred and
Fifty Dollars ($150. 00) per year. The Judges of the
Orphans' Court for Somerset County shall receive an
allowance of Four Dollars and Fifty Cents ($4. 50) for
mileage for every day's attendance upon the sessions of
said Court.

(ff) Each of the Judges of the Orphans' Court for
Talbot and Caroline Counties [County] shall receive
Twelve Dollars ($12. 00) for every day's attendance upon
the sessions of said Court, not to exceed $825 in any one
year.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

CHAPTER 189
(Senate Bill 365)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, sub-
section (b) of Section 6 of Article 52 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Justices of the
Peace, " sub-title "Civil Jurisdiction, " and to add a new
sub-section to said Section, said new sub-section to be
known as sub-section (g) and to follow immediately-
after sub-section (f) of said Section relating to the civil
jurisdiction of Trial Magistrates in Caroline County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

That sub-section (b) of Section 6 of Article 52 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "Justices
of the Peace, " sub-title "Civil Jurisdiction, " be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments; that
a new sub-section be and it is hereby added to said Section,
said new sub-section to be known as sub-section (g) and
to follow immediately after sub-section (f) of said Section,
and to read as follows:
