(b) Trial Magistrates of [Caroline, ] Dorchester, Gar-
rett, Kent, Queen Anne's, Somerset, Talbot and Worcester
Counties shall have civil jurisdiction in all cases herein-
before mentioned in this section and involving amounts
not exceeding Two Hundred Dollars.
(g) Trial Magistrates of Caroline County shall have
civil jurisdiction in all cases hereinbefore mentioned in
this section, instituted after June 1, 1953, and involving
amounts not exceeding Three Hundred Dollars.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

CHAPTER 190
(Senate Bill 378)
AN ACT to add a new sub-section to Section 21 of Article
66B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
title "Planning and Zoning, " sub-title "Zoning, " said
new sub-section to be known as Sub-section (g), and to
follow immediately after Sub-section (f) thereof, relat-
ing to zoning and planning powers in Talbot County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland
That a new sub-section be and it is hereby added to Section
21 of Article 66B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1951 Edition), title "Planning and Zoning, " said new
sub-section to be known as sub-section (g) to follow imme-
diately after Sub-section (f) of said Section, and to read
as follows:
(g) (Zoning Jurisdiction) Territorial planning and
zoning jurisdiction of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of any incorporated town of Talbot County shall include
all land located within the corporate boundaries of said
town, and territorial planning and zoning jurisdiction of
the Planning and Zoning Commission of Talbot County
shall include all land lying outside of the corporate bound-
