to be known as sub-section (i) of said Section and sub-
title, and to follow immediately after sub-section (h)
thereof, and to read as follows:
195 (i) No person shall kill or shoot a doe in Cecil
County, whether in or out of season, and whether he is a
resident or non-resident. Every person violating this sub-
section shall have his gunning privileges suspended for
two years.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

(Senate Bill 356)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sub-
sections (e) and (ff) of Section 250 of Article 93 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title
"Testamentary Law", sub-title "Orphans' Court", relat-
ing to the compensation of the Judges of the Orphans'
Court for Caroline County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sub-sections (e) and (ff) of Section 250 of Article
93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1951 Edition),
title "Testamentary Law", sub-title "Orphans' Court", be
and they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, and to read as follows:
(e) Each of the Judges of the Orphans' Court for
[Caroline, ] Carroll, Charles, Dorchester, Howard, Queen
Anne's, Somerset, Washington, Wicomico and Worcester
Counties shall receive the sum of Eight Dollars ($8. 00)
for every day's attendance upon the sessions of said Court.
The Judges of the Orphans' Court for Queen Anne's, Dor-
chester and Worcester Counties shall receive an allowance
for traveling expenses of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars
($250. 00) per year, to be paid quarterly by the County
