SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

CHAPTER 100
(House Bill 265)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
15 of Article 25 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1951 Edition), title "County Commissioners", sub-title
"General Provisions", providing that the County Com-
missioners of St. Mary's County shall meet at least four
times a month.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 15 of Article 25 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1951 Edition), title "County Commis-
sioners", sub-title "General Provisions", be and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

15. They shall meet in their respective counties within
sixty days after their election and qualify by taking the
oaths required by law, and shall meet once a quarter, and
as much oftener as the necessities of the county may in
their judgment require [. ]; provided that the County
Commissioners of St. Mary's County shall meet at least
four times a month.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953 JANUARY 1, 1955.
