original schedules, classifications, tariffs and supplements
on file with the Interstate Commerce Commission, and shall
be received as good and sufficient evidence, without certifi-
cation, in any court of this State to prove such schedules,
classifications, tariffs and supplements.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1953.

CHAPTER 92
(House Bill 214)
AN ACT to add a new section to the Code of Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County (1943 Edition), being
Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title "Prince George's County", said new section to be
known as Section 469A, to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 469 of said Code and to be under the new sub-title
"Crimes and Punishments", providing a penalty for
fictitiously or falsely reporting to or falsely informing,
with knowledge of the falsity thereof, a law enforcement
agency.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County
(1943 Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's County",
said new section to be known as Section 469A, to follow
immediately after Section 469 of said Code and to be under
the new sub-title "Crimes and Punishments", and to read
as follows:
CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS
469A. Any person who shall make or cause to be made
to any Sheriff's office or to any Police Department within
Prince George's County, Maryland, or to any officer or
member thereof, a false or fictitious report of the commis-
