I, JOHN R. REEVES, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section

DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That at a Special Election which was
held in the 4th and 5th Precincts of the 17th Election Dis-
trict of Prince George's County, on October 16, 1951 and at
such election an Act known as Chapter 487 of the Acts of
1951, was submitted to the said voters of the 4th and 5th
Precincts of Prince George's County, for their adoption or
rejection, under provisions of Chapter 487 of the Acts of
1951, said Act being:
"An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Sec-

Code (1943 Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Prince George's
County', sub-title Tire Companies', and to add one
new sub-section to Section 605B of said Article and
Code, to be known as Sub-section (i) and to follow

amended by Chapter 170 of the Acts of 1949, adding
the fourth and fifth precincts of the 17th Election
District and certain fire companies to said Act and
providing for a referendum thereon".

the Act it has therefore failed of ratification.
