To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:

I, JOHN R. REEVES, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OP
MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section
203 of Article 33 of the Code of Maryland (1947 Edition)
DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That a Special election was held in Mont-
gomery County, Tuesday, November 6, 1951, and at such
election an Act known as Chapter 364 of the Acts of 1951,
was submitted to the said voters of Montgomery County, for
their adoption or rejection, under the provisions of Chapter
364 of the Acts of 1951, said Act being:

"An Act relating to the nomination and election of the
County Board of Education in Montgomery County".

AND I DO CERTIFY, That at said Special election 5, 626 votes
were cast in favor of the adoption of said Chapter 364 of
the Acts of 1951 and 1, 636 votes were cast against the adop-
tion of the said Act; and a majority being in favor of the
adoption thereof, it was therefore ratified by the voters of
Montgomery County.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto sub-
