1951, Ch. 362—Anne Arundel County

To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:

I, JOHN R. REEVES, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section
203 of Article 33 of the Code of Maryland (1947 Edition)
DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That at the General Election held on
November 4, 1952, in the State of Maryland, an Act known
as Chapter 362 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of 1951, was submitted to the voters of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland, for their adoption or rejection, under the
provisions of Chapter 362 of the Acts of 1951, said Act
being:

"An Act to add four new sections to the Anne Arundel
County Code (1947 Edition) relating to the levy of a
special fire tax in the third precinct of the Third
Election District of Anne Arundel County. "

AND I DO CERTIFY, That at said election 891 votes were
cast in favor of the adoption of said Chapter 362 of the Acts
of 1951 and 395 votes were cast against the adoption of
Chapter 362; a majority of the votes being cast for the
adoption of said Chapter 362, the said Act has, therefore,
been ratified by the voters of Anne Arundel County.
