To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:

I, JOHN R. REEVES, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section
203 of Article 33 of the Code of Maryland (1947 Edition)
DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That no election was held in the Town of
Walkersville, Frederick County, Maryland, to submit an Act
known as Chapter 352 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1951 to the voters of the Town of Walkersville, for their
adoption or rejection under the provisions of Chapter 352 of
the Acts of 1951, said Act being:

"An Act to authorize the Burgess and Commissioners of
Walkersville, in Frederick County, to borrow not
exceeding $50, 000 for the purpose of purchasing all
the properties, real and personal, all rights-of-way
of the Walkersville Water Company, a private corpo-
ration".

AND I DO CERTIFY, That since no election has been held in
the Town of Walkersville, Chapter 352 of the Acts of 1951
has not been ratified by the voters.
