To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:

I, JOHN R. REEVES, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section
203 of Article 33 of the Code of Maryland (1947 Edition)
DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That at an election held on May 5, 1951,
in the corporation of Woodsboro, Frederick County, Mary-
land, an Act known as Chapter 332 of the Acts of 1951, was
submitted to the voters of Woodsboro, Frederick County,
Maryland, for their adoption or rejection, under the pro-
visions of Chapter 332 of the Acts of 1951, said Act being:

"An Act to provide funds for the construction of a
water system. "

AND I DO CERTIFY, That at said election 200 votes were
cast in favor of the adoption of said Chapter 332 of the Acts
of 1951, and 23 votes were cast against the adoption thereof,
the said Act has, therefore, been ratified by the voters of
Woodsboro, Frederick County, Maryland.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto sub-
