1951, Ch. 191—Capitol Heights

OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE


To the Clerk of the Court of Appeals:


I, JOHN R. REEVES, SECRETARY OF STATE OF THE STATE OF
MARYLAND, pursuant to the direction contained in Section
203 of Article 33 of the Code of Maryland (1947 Edition)
DO HEREBY CERTIFY, That at an election held on May 5, 1952,
an Act known as Chapter 191 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1951, was submitted to the voters of the Town
of Capitol Heights, Prince George's County, for their
adoption or rejection, under the provisions of Chapter 191
of the Acts of 1951, said Act being:

"An Act extending the boundaries of the Town of
Capitol Heights".

AND I DO CERTIFY, That at said election 268 votes were cast
in favor of the adoption of Chapter 191 of the Acts of 1951,
and 57 votes were cast against the adoption of the said Act;
and a majority being cast in favor of the adoption of said
Chapter 191 of the Acts of 1951, the same has therefore been
ratified by the voters of the Town of Capitol Heights".

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto sub-
scribed my name and affixed hereto my
(Secretary of official seal, at the City of Annapolis, this
State's Seal) day of July, 1952.
